Demolition, site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the project consists of the alteration of the main entry, offices, commons and classroom space including finish upgrades, demolition and reconfiguration of office spaces and related plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. Reconstruction of full parking lot along with curb and gutter and sidewalk patching. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Construction demolition is expected to start May 20, 2024. Completion is expected August 9, 2024.
