Renovation of a municipal facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work, in general, will include upgrading the hot water system, air handling units #2 and #4, zone controllers #2, #3, #4, #5, and #6, fan coil units, and radiant ceiling panels. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. This project is part of PSC Energy Innovation Grant Program. Federal Davis-Bacon Act wage rates are applicable to this project per Federal Labor Provisions (4010). Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and minimum wage and fringe rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The City of Menomonie reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
