The Beaverton School District will receive Bids for the provision of Qualifications to obtain a General Contractor (GC) for District Auditorium Upgrades at three (3) High Schools. SCOPE OF WORK: This project will take place in the auditoriums and associated spaces at 3 separate schools listed below including: • Beaverton High School (BHS), 13000 SW Second St. Beaverton, OR 97005 BHS is within the City of Beaverton’s jurisdiction. The auditorium was restored in 1979 and is approximately 7,000 SF. The scope includes the addition of new manual and motorized line-sets. New ladders with cages and a platform will be added to access the walking grid from the mezzanine. The existing access ladder to be removed. • Southridge High School (SRHS), 9625 SW 125th Avenue. Beaverton, OR 97008 SRHS is within City of Beaverton’s jurisdiction. The school was originally constructed in 1999. The auditorium has a capacity of 525. The scope of work includes new work lighting and replacement of the existing fixtures at the stage grid and perimeter aisle lighting. An add-alternate to retrofit seating aisle lamps is included. • Westview High School (WHS), 4200 NW 185th Ave. Portland OR 97229 WHS is within Washington County’s jurisdiction. The school was originally constructed in 1994. The auditorium has a capacity of 650. The scope of work includes an upgraded production lighting system and new emergency lighting in the Black Box will be added. Existing perimeter step light fixtures and working lighting will be replaced. An add-alternate to retrofit seating aisle lamps is included. Project NO : 2019-0350
