One option to accommodate our anticipated growth would be to add an additional 10,000 square feet to our current Public Defender building located at 204 NW 3rd Avenue in Ocala, FL. The current Public Defender building is 13,000 square feet, with the requested addition bringing it to 23,000 square feet. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
