Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
BGIS Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) is inviting qualified Mechanical Contractors (MCs) firms to provide technical submissions against this RFPQ to pre-qualify for the next stage of this two-phase procurement process, in order to perform the Work required to complete the project under contractual obligations with the GC. The two-phase procurement process is comprised of this RFPQ and an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to the GC. The intent of BGIS is to invite all the Prequalified Bidders who meet the prequalification requirements, defined in this document, to submit a quote to the GCs during the ITT phase of the solicitation. The Prequalified Bidders are to be selected based on the top highest Technical Scores in descending order that are within the number of Bidders to be prequalified in accordance with section 1.2.3. (Found in RFPQ documents). Bidders who wish to prequalify under this Mechanical Contractor RFPQ (GOC1109987/GOC990512-MC) are precluded from submitting a Bid to the General Contractor RFPQ (GOC1109987/GOC990512-GC).
