The City of Port St. Joe will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing: CDBG SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PHASE III This project consists of constructing approximately 2,343 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer, 12 manholes, and road reconstruction along Avenue C and Avenue D in Port St. Joe, FL.
