Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Swan Lake, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

**As of February 24, 2020, the project has not been awarded. The timeline for a award is not yet determined.** The project generally consists of the rehabilitation of existing Parallel Taxiway pavement which includes milling the pavement surface, crack repair, placement of an asphalt overlay, and new pavement markings. Prevailing wage rates apply, and Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Technical questions shall be directed to Matt Nissen of Passero Associates: mnissen@passero.com All bids must be made on the official bid forms or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. No bidders may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the preparation of proposal. Sullivan County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
