Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work is located at: Berkeley Rose Garden and Codornices Park 1200-1201 Euclid Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94708 And 1231 Glen Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94708 Site improvements including the reconstruction of the historic redwood pergola and various retaining walls; new retaining walls, fencing, and event area; tennis court improvements; pathway improvements including curb ramps, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, and flagstone pavers; accessibility improvements including site furnishings, replacement of restroom fixtures, handrails, fencing and signage; creek repair and bank stabilization along Codornices Creek; and all ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. California Contractor License Classification required: A California "A" contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Specialty work may require a specialty contractor's license, held by Bidder of a listed subcontractor.
