Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in McLoud, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a 31,666-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Bids shall consist of furnishing all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor, and incidental work as required to construct the project described in general as follows: Scope of work: The Kickapoo Tribal Health Center is adding a new 11,000 SF wing to their existing clinic. The new addition will include a new pharmacy with drive through, offices, exam rooms, nurses stations and like support facilities, a new space for lab testing, and associated blood draw rooms. The bids submitted to the Kickapoo Nation shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier s Check for Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. The following bonds will be required from the Successful Bidder: Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid form including completion of the Bidder s Certifications and Affidavits or the bid will be considered incomplete and therefore rejected. Bids will be received from Indian and non-Indian contractors and preference will be given to those bids received from Indian contractors. Qualification for each preference shall be determined by the appropriate authority and based on receipt of additional requirements submitted with or prior to the bid. PN - 210148
