Specs for Shop Building * Footing- 16"x18" with four #5 continuous, #3 stirrups on 3' centers, six 3'x3'x2' spread footings with #4 mat. * 75'3"x100'3" concrete floor 5" thick with #3 on 18" centers. Sheetlip on upper outer floor edge. J bolts set. six 9'x9' #4 hairpins, Slick finish, sawcut, 3500 PSI. 4" sand cushion. * 75x100x16 rigid frame with 3/12 roof. 25' bays. Four 18x14 framed opening in each bay on east 100' wall. R panel sheet metal. Shadowbox rake and gutter. One 3070 with deadbolt. 24" soffitted overhangs. Delivery, and engineering included. * Building erection labor, no insulation. Including overhang labor and gutter. * Spray foam roof and walls with 1" closed cell material and labor. 12640 sq ft. Floor and doors masked. No scrim coat on roof purlin, No scraping purlin or girt faces. * Four 18x14 commercial insulated sectional oh doors with perimeter seal, horizontal track, installed. 3/12 pitch track and solid shaft upgrade. * 8 loads of fill sand. The City of McLoud reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. (Bid shall be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder). No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.).
