Delivery, and engineering included. * Building erection labor, no insulation. Including overhang labor and gutter. * Spray foam roof and walls with 1" closed cell material and labor. 12640 sq ft. Floor and doors masked. No scrim coat on roof purlin, No scraping purlin or girt faces. * Four 18x14 commercial insulated sectional oh doors with perimeter seal, horizontal track, installed. 3/12 pitch track and solid shaft upgrade. * 8 loads of fill sand.
