Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Tahoma, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Pebble-dash Plaster Ceiling Replacement, Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park - Pinelodge, El Dorado County. This project is temporarily on hold. In consideration of this formal solicitation for bids please review the complete Bid Booklet which contains scope of work, specifications, insurance / bonding requirements, payment terms and special conditions. CSLB C-35 Lathing and Plastering Contractor, A- General Engineering or B- General Building license required. Prevailing wage is required. Department of Industrial Relations registration is required and must be kept current through out the project term. Payment and Performance Bonding is required for this project. Further requirements exist, please see "Exhibit A, Attachment 1- Scope of Work" and "Exhibit D - Attachment 1 - Project Manual" for more information. Must have previous experience with National Register of Histric Places Based on the Project Manager's initial cost estimate, a Bidder's Bond will not be required for this solicitation. Bids must be submitted for the entire work as described herein. The Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to waive any regularity in a bid or to reject any or all bids. The apparent low bidder will be required to execute a contractual agreement in the form of a "Standard Agreement - Form 213" which shall e binding upon the State of California only upon approval by the State.
