The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct approximately 550 linear feet of 8-inch water main, valves, fittings, services, hydrants, and associated items as shown on the construction drawings. This project is a public works project and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), in accordance with the State of California Labor Code (Labor Code)Section 1770, et seq.
