Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Tahoma, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope for Phase I includes approximately 17,000 linear feet of water main replacement. The work involves the replacement of aging mains and relocation of backyard water mains and services to front-yard meter locations to support the abandonment of older infrastructure. Work packages to be issued include tree removal, waterline hot tapping, saw cutting, pavement markings, traffic control, hydroseeding/soil stabilizing, trucking, wildlife biologist, street sweeping, arborist, and asphalt milling. All subcontractors at every tier must use a skilled and trained workforce to perform all work that falls within an apprenticeable occupation in accordance with CA PCC 2600. Subcontractors, suppliers, and haulers interested in receiving an invitation to these work packages must register. Bids for all work packages are due by April 7th, 2026 at 2:00pm PST.
