Town of Clifton will receive sealed bids on a federally funded general contract for the Clifton Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Parshall Flume Project. All bids must be presented on the prescribed forms included in the contract documents. The purpose of this project is to repair and renovate the existing Parshall flume by coating the structure for corrosion protection, install a new flow meter and associated equipment, install new lighting and install new aluminum grating over the Parshall flume. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder payable to the Town of Clifton in the amount of ten percent of the base bid. 2. A Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders form completed and signed. 3. List of Subcontractors form completed and signed (if applicable). 4. Contractors License Number and Arizona Registrar of Contractors License Class. 5. Bidders Qualification Statements and any applicable forms completed and signed, if not submitted within the last 12 months.
