The work generally consists of internal rehabilitation of the 72-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipeline that transports treated effluent a distance of approximately 4 miles from the wastewater treatment plant at Imhoff Place to Suisun Bay. The project includes the replacement of several large diameter valves, seismic upgrades to an underground concrete vault, and other miscellaneous improvements to the outfall line and appurtenant structures.. All forms in Part III, Volume 1, Bid Forms, shall be executed and submitted in their entirety in a sealed envelope. All blank spaces shall be filled in and any modification to the Bidder-supplied information shall be initialed by the Bidder. Failure to comply with these requirements may, at the discretion of the District, be grounds for rejection of bid. Partial or incomplete bids will not be considered.
