Site work for a civil project in Corp Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of concrete surface repairs as required for maintenance of the existing seawall structure extending from McGee Beach to the Barge Dock; repairs to the eight Mirador concrete structures, including the Selena Memorial; and repair of the retaining wall structures at the intersections of Coopers Alley, Lawrence Street T-Head, and Peoples Street T-Head. Most repairs are minor and consistent with maintenance procedures typical of seaside structures. An allowance is provided for drinking water fountain repairs at Mirador 1. Details will be provided during construction, but may include service lines, taps, valves, equipment, and pavement/concrete sidewalk cut repair work as per the attached plans and specifications provided in the Construction Contract Documents. The deadline to ask questions is 12/29/2020 5:00 PM CST Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal.
