Site work for a mixed-use development in Chatom, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The Project consists of the following major components in two phases: Phase 1 - 2020: July - September Preparation and renovation of the back nine and practice greens. Phase 2 - 2021: July - September Preparation and renovation of the front nine greens. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by security submitted on the prescribed Bid Bond form in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount bid but not more than $10,000.00. All Contractors are required to provide certification of compliance with the E-Verify program per Alabama Act 2012-491.
