Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Tonawanda, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of January 23, 2023, construction of the windows portion of this project are underway and nearing completion. Construction of the new addition is expected to commence in March, 2023, with interior renovations following after in Summer, 2023. Plans consist of: Four classroom additions Add a new bus drop-off and sidewalks and reconstruct athletic field Parent drop-off lane Renovation for Single Point of Entry Water pipe replacement Window replacement Carbon monoxide detection system *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
