Work will consist a perpetuation bridge rehabilitation project replacing the existing bridge deck, expansion joints, approach slabs, repair girder ends, surface repair of abutments and reconstruction of the approaches as needed. Bureau of Structures is completing bridge design. 30% design and documents are complete. The concrete deck has numerous signs of deterioration including spalls, delamination, and rust staining. Bridge rehabilitation project- Robert Street Bridge (USH 12) over the Rock River (B-28-0009) in the City of Ft. Atkinson in Jefferson County.The concrete deck of the bridge has numerous signs of deterioration including delamination, spalls, and longitudinal cracking. The concrete bridge rail is cracking with delamination. Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
