Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nobleton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Supply and installation of approximately 5,100m of 200-250mm diameter sanitary sewer pipe, 80 precast concrete manhole structures, 205 sanitary service connections, some storm sewer modifications, road rehabilitation including curbs, sidewalk and approximately 50,000 square meters of full depth asphalt road restoration. Total Cost estimate for the construction component is approx $8,950,000. The work is located in the North West quadrant of Nobleton in the Township of King.
