The Scope of Work associated with this RFT involves the re-lining of Nobleton Culverts 2 & 3. The two existing 1.4m /- diameter CSP culverts form a single conveyance system, joined by a concrete junction chamber, which carries flows of the unnamed tributary of the East Humber River from the west right of way of Chinook Drive, between 83 Hawman Ave and 6138 King Road, below Chinook Drive and private lands of #17 Chinook Drive, outletting at the property line between 17 Chinook Drive and 6120 King Road. The proposed liner consists of an approximately resin-based cured-in-place pipe liner, which is to create a new pipe system within the existing pipe that is structurally capable of supporting all loads, independent of the condition of the existing host pipe.
