As of September 10, 2025 this project was awarded to Latitude 67 Ltd in the amount of $3,652,970.50 The Township of King is inviting five pre-qualified contractors from the 2022-RFPQ-02 list to submit bids for Phase 2 of the Nobleton Park Revitalization project. The Township is seeking to procure qualified construction services for the revitalization of Nobleton Park. The scope of work includes the following key components: - Installation of a water feature and ice rink hybrid system - Construction of a new outdoor amphitheatre - Upgrades to the existing soccer field - Renovation of the existing pool house facility - Implementation of various ancillary improvements throughout the park Documents can be obtained at: https://king.bidsandtenders.ca
