Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes reconstruction of approximately 3,850 LF of Lakeway Road between 4-J Road and Hwy 59. Replacement will include approximately 24,000 SY of concrete pavement and the replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, fillets and valley gutters along the entire section of roadway. Sanitary sewer work will include manhole replacements and approximately 4,700 LF of sanitary sewer cured in place pipe lining. Water main fittings, valves and fire hydrants will be replaced throughout the project area.
