Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the replacement of 1,800 LF of 12" watermain along 8th Street and the installation of 200 LF of 8" watermain between Kendrick Ave. and the Twin Spruce Junior High School. Included with this project will be 7,000 SY of asphalt removal and re- placement on 8th Street including curb and gutter and sidewalk replacement sections. Associated asphalt patching will be included between Kendrick Ave. and the Twin Spruce Junior High School. An alternate bid schedule will consist of the replacement of 280 LF of 8" watermain with 400 SY of asphalt removal and patching along Kendrick Ave. Bids Must Be Appropriately Marked: City of Gillette 2021 Water Main Replacement. The City of Gillette Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
