Renovation of an educational facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work: Replace boiler 2 with new like boiler as listed above. -Replace 3' black pipe supply and return nipples -Replace Gruvlok couplings, 2- 3' couplings, 2- 4' couplings -Replace 3' flange gaskets -Replace tridicator -Replace Water flow switch with Macdonnell Miller fs-251 -Replace temperature/pressure relief valve -Replace high and low gas pressure switches (Honeywell C6097B3028 and C6097A1095) -Have boiler operate stand-alone of other boilers. Base Lump Sum Bid is to include any and all costs associated with new scope of work The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
