The City of Valdosta is accepting bids for the Withlacoochee WWTP Secondary Equalization Basin The Withlacoochee Wastewater Treatment Plant is located in Valdosta Georgia at 3180 Wetherington Lane. The project includes a lined 7.26 MG excavated basin, a new pump station, and associated gravity pipe and forcemain. The liner system includes +-115,000 SF of a 200 MIL non-woven geotextile, a geosynthetic clay liner, and a 60 MIL HDPE geomembrane. The project must be completed within 180 days of the notice to proceed. A 5% bid bond is required. *This project is on hold due to the public health crisis. A new timeline has not been established.
