Renovation of a mixed-use development in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of the installation of a new membrane roofing system over the existing trapezoidal rib standing seam metal roof panel system plus installing new exposed fastener metal wall panels with metal furring over existing metal wall panels. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed (est. December, 2023) and shall complete the Work prior to August 1, 2024. Bidder shall submit with the bid form an estimated material procurement timeline along with an estimated construction timeline. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bidder must be registered on SAM.gov. Bidders are hereby notified this project requires Davis Bacon wage rates.
