Site work and new construction of a retail development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; for site work for a retail development; and 4,500-square-foot retail development.
Work includes, but not limited to, construction of a standalone one- story building consisting of Entry Canopy, Vestibule, Retail Sales area, Manager Office, Storage/ Stock Room, Break Room, Toilets and Loading area. Steel framed structure will be clad in brick veneer, decorative CMU, EIFS and glazed saluminum storefront. The project will include Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical building systems to support the new facility as well as parking area for public and staff. All work to be per the project specifications. Construction is expected to begin in January 2021. The original solicitation is included below for reference: Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Efird Sutphin Pearce & Associates, PA; 310 East Sycamore Street, Suite A, Greensboro, NC 27401 during normal office hours after February 17, 2020. Electronic drawings and specifications are available upon request to Efird Sutphin Pearce & Associates, PA at 336-273-0083. Greensboro ABC Board solicits a 10% MBE/WBE participation as set forth in the notice to bidders of the contract documents and reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals and waiver informalities in bidding. *This project is on hold due to the public health crisis. A new timeline has not been established.
