HYDRAULIC Lab - Relocate Hines 200 & 208 to Eric 275 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project includes relocating lab equipment from Hines 200 and 208 to ERIC 275. The scope also includes installing a new process water chiller to serve the relocated lab equipment and modifying the existing electrical systems. The project will take place on the campus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&T) in Greensboro, NC. he Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The following summarizes in general the scope of work for this project: a. Demolish exhaust canopies in Hines Hall 200 and replace with grilles at ceiling. b. Remove windows as required for hydraulic equipment removal from Hines 208 and repair after relocation. c. Relocate lab equipment from Hines 200 and 208 to ERIC 275. d. Install new process water chiller on ERIC roof and connect to existing BAS. Provide process water piping in new chase to ERIC 275 hydraulic equipment. e. Install floor sink in ERIC 275 to receive industrial cold water bypass drainage. Waste and vent to connect to existing. Minimal trenching required. f. Modify electrical connections, including wiring and breakers, as required for relocated lab equipment. g. Relocate hydraulic equipment unit disconnects from Hines 208 to ERIC 275 and install new disconnect for roof mounted process water chiller. h.
