Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City is requesting proposals for the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingles and underlayment on the Salt Storage Building located at 1812 Bancroft Street. The roof area is approximately 9,500 square feet (95 square) including the roof over the storage area (lean-to) located on the eastside of the building. Contractors shall submit a detailed proposal for providing services that meets all requirements listed in this RFP and as appropriate for this type of project.
