Renovation of a water / sewer project in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide a detailed bid to furnish all labor, material and equipment including replacement and upgrade of control panels CP-2, CP-3 and CP-4 per the project drawings and specifications. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. All bidders are required to qualify according to the bidder qualification regulations for contractors bidding on City of Port Huron contracts as set forth in the instruction to bidders.
