Work is anticipated to be done between May 15, 2020 and September 30, 2020. The project is to be substantially complete within 60 days after the Notice to Proceed. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided and all blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The Owner has the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Owner.
