Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes installation of RCP storm sewer of various size ranging from 12-inch to 60-inch, precast storm manholes of various size, storm sewer inlets, cast-in-place box manhole structures, adjusting various sanitary and storm structures, wet pond construction, sanitary sewer main relay, water main relay, site restoration, erosion control, traffic control, and any other incidental items necessary to complete said work as shown on the Plans and these Specifications. The project also includes full depth removal and replacement of concrete pavement in roadways and driveways, full depth removal and replacement of asphaltic pavement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, removal of storm sewer of various size and material, storm inlet removal, sanitary and storm manhole removal, and tree removal. The project also includes a mandatory alternate bid to install 12-inch storm sewer and sump connections from 67th Street on 59th Avenue to 67th Place. Prequalification Required: Y
