Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Andreas, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; for site work for a office development; 9,600-square-foot service station / car wash facility; service station / car wash facility; 9,600-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The new Maintenance and Warehouse building will be located adjacent to the District's main office on GeorgeReed Drive in San Andreas. The new building will be 9,600 SF (160'x60') with full height interior metal partition wall between the Maintenance and Warehouse Areas. This Project is in San Andreas, California work will include earthwork, drainage improvements, stormwater pollution prevention, underground wet utilities, concrete foundation/building pad, asphalt paving and steel building erection as shown on drawings and specified. Imported fill will need to be hauled to the site for construction of fills required for the Project. Interior improvement and electrical are not part of this Project. The District is in process of obtaining the required building and grading permits from Calaveras County Building Department and Public Works. Prospective Bidders shall be licensed Contractors in the State of California and shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of work called for under the Contract. Each Bidder shall have a Class A - General Engineering and/or Class B - General Building California Contractor's license. If Bidder only has either Class A-General Engineering or Class B- General Building a qualified subcontractor may perform work covered under the other classification. Bidders shall submit a statement of qualifications and at least three (3) references of representative projects of similar size and complexity upon request of the District. The Engineer's estimate of probable cost is $600,000.
