Renovation of a mixed-use development in Galesburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and financial development.
Bid shall be held good and not withdrawn for SIXTY (60) calendar days from the date of bid opening. All requests for clarifications or interpretations outside the Pre-Bid Conference shall be made to the Architect in writing and will be answered by Addendum when appropriate. Addenda items resulting from the Pre-Bid Conference will be disseminated to all registered bidders. Commencement of the work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of CARL SANDBURG COLLEGE, GALESBURG, ILLINOIS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner.
