Site work and renovation of a civil project in Keshena, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Project contains critical milestones of 07/31/2020 and 09/25/2020 in order to meet DOT project deadlines (DOT is to complete work on STH 47/55). Please refer to Sections 00520 and 01100 for additional information on these dates. The project involves the replacement of existing gravity sewer mains (approx. 2,000 feet) and manholes (approx. 12), CIPP of existing gravity sewer mains (approx. 3,955 feet), chemical grouting/spray-lining of existing manholes, and renovations to an existing lift station. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Improvements to the existing sanitary sewer system will be located along STH 47/55 in Keshena. Keshena is located approx. 8 miles north of Shawano, WI and 36 miles SE of Antigo, WI. The Project includes, but limited to, the following proposed work: Approximately 69 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 35 sewer main replacement, approximately 785 feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 26 sewer main replacement, approximately 1,098 feet of 10-inch PVC SDR 35 sewer main replacement, and approximately 74 feet of 10-inch Dl sewer main replacement. Approximately 3,955 feet of 8-inch sewer main CIPP. Approximately 12 concrete manhole installations. Approximately 20 existing manhole renovations. Renovations to one (1) existing lift station facility. Miscellaneous sewer lateral improvements (chemical grouting and reconnections). Sewage by-pass pumping. Dewatering. Roadway restoration. Existing sewer facility abandonments.
