Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laval, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 38,000-square-foot, 15-room educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the Horizon Jeunesse elementary school to install services for secondary education including 12 classrooms, a simple gymnasium, a library, administrative offices. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction phases. Contractor of the first phase relating to loading dock and parking lots renovation has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID Upgrade of the Loading Dock and Renovation of the Parking Lots - Phase 1 - École Horizon-Jeunesse. Construction started. Tenders for subsequent sub trade (phase) contractors are anticipated in fall/winter 2022 and will be followed in separate reports.
