Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Laval, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the addition of a 4,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, three-room educational facility.
Addition and alterations to the elementary school building. The scope of the project includes the construction of an addition to the main building that will house two classrooms and a multi-purpose room for pre-school education of four-year old children. The project also includes some alteration work. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the school funding system, the project was put on hold and there are no plans for construction at this time. Owner is focused on construction of modular complexes at this time, which will be followed under separate projects. Further update early to mid-2026.
