The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit, necessary to perform the demolition of existing structures and construction of a new Tennis Center building and new Locker and Restroom building, with associated site work at South Olive Park located at 345 Summa Street as shown in the construction plans and described in the technical specifications for the project. Contact by a Bidder (or anyone representing a Bidder) regarding this ITB with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, or City employee other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Department is grounds for disqualification. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
