Renovation of an educational facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The ARCHITECT shall provide all professional services necessary to deliver Permitted Design Documents within the established Construction Budget and in accordance with the established Design Schedule. The ARCHITECT shall provide validation of OWNER Facilities Assessments Surveys and identification of any additional design services necessary to establish permitted construction documents as required and directed by District staff including, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, renovation, and repair to school facilities including, but not limited to building envelope items such as exterior doors and windows, exterior finishes, water intrusion/waterproof applications, roof repairs, intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm panel upgrades, smoke & duct detector replacement, acoustical ceilings, HVAC sheet metal-ductwork/outside air dampers, electrical switch gear, parking lot paving & striping, gym floor refinishing, exterior repairs and improvement such as play courts and running tracks, replace water fountains, and other work as may be required.
