No definite date for the rebid.** Scope of Work The work at the Transfer Station includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; selective brick repointing; selective brick wall reconstruction; concrete wall crack and spall repairs; stucco repair and replacement; sealant replacement, including sawcutting for new control joints; selective painting; sheet metal fabrication; coping repairs; modification and expansion of existing overhead door opening, including replacement of overhead door, exterior light relocation, and incidental electrical work; selective man door replacement; and placement of bollards and traffic delineators. The work at the Fleet Maintenance Building includes, but is not limited to, routing of cracks at the interior CMU walls; installation of crack stitching ties; sealant; and finish repairs. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required.
