Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves sidewalk installation on Steele Avenue between Hague Avenue and Wheatland Avenue; Wicklow Road between Huron Road to Hague Avenue; Woodward Avenue from Woodland Avenue to Rosewood Avenue; E. North Broadway from 130 feet west of Hamilton Avenue to Cleveland Avenue; Barnett Road from Livingston Avenue to Astor Avenue; and Chesterfield Road from Denver Road to the alley north of Denver Road. Also included are electrical utility relocations, storm water controls installation and minor water main relocations and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract as set forth in this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Questions will be accepted through April 16, 2021. Phone calls will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The project is funded by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG funds). Special Provisions are provided outlining requirements due to the funding source. HE PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE INSTALLATION OF NEW SIDEWALKS, CURB RAMPS, POST CONSTRUCTION BMP'S AND DETENTION ALONG 6 STREETS IN THE CITY, THE STREETS ARE. BARNETT ROAD, CHESTERFIELD ROAD, EAST NORTH BROADWAY, STEELE AVENUE, WICKLOW AVENUE AND WOODWARD AVENUE. The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed on or about June 21, 2021. All work is to be completed by Oct 1, 2021.
