Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Thornton Construction Company, Inc. requests all interested bidders to pre-qualify with Thornton Construction for participation in the construction of six (6) Secure Single Point of Entry school projects. All subcontractors must pre-qualify to be deemed responsible and invited to bid or contacting us directly at the address and phone number listed above and we will provide needed forms. Scope of work consists of CSI Divisions 2 through 16. Drawings and specifications are available through Thornton Construction Company, Inc. Thornton Construction Company, Inc. is committed to affirmatively ensuring award of construction subcontracts to certified subcontractors & vendors who meet the criteria of the School District of Palm Beach Countys Minority/Women Business Enterprises. The established contract goal to be met for M/WBE African American subcontractor participation is 9% of this project. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
