The Transportation Department seeks a qualified Professional Consulting Firm to provide professional architectural and engineering (A&E) services under a continuing term services agreement to provide the relevant professional services for comprehensive electrification improvements aligned with ongoing Transportation's Department Electrification Program. Professional Consulting Services for the comprehensive electrification improvements aligned with ongoing BCT's Electrification Program per Scope of Work. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible vendor for the Scope of Work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess the specified license at the time of submittal (Refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 287.055, CCNA Act, Price will not be considered in the final evaluation and rating of the qualified firm. Agreement is anticipated to be negotiated based on a maximum not-to-exceed, based on the County's best interest.
