Q & A deadline: Apr 25, 2022 12:00:00 PM MDT This bid is for annual maintenance at the GTL WWTP. GTL has 2 circular tanks of approximate diameter 60-feet. Each tank has a sloped, conical bottom of approximate depth of 5-feet at the center. The sediment volume in each tank is estimated to be between 50-150 CY. Entry into each tank is through a 24-inch manway approximately 2 feet above grade. The GTL facility will provide confined space air quality monitoring, ventilation, electrical outlets, use of facility restrooms and washdown hoses. Contractor to provide all equipment to remove all grit, sand, and rags and transport and dispose of material at a permitted facility. Perform washdown of sidewalls up to 10 feet when removing debris to ensure tanks are empty. Timeline: Monday 7 AM - Tank 1 will be drained and manway opened for contractor to enter and clean Thursday 5 PM - Turn Tank 1 over to City for maintenance Following week: Monday 7 AM - Tank 2 will be drained and manway opened for contractor to enter and clean Thursday 5 PM - Turn Tank 2 over to City for maintenance City wishes to complete ASAP. Contractor shall start work within 2 weeks of receipt of purchase order. ontract duration: 1 year Contract renewal: 3 annual renewals
