Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; 21,710-square-foot retail development; 19,154-square-foot conference / convention center; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The ArtsPark would cover one-third of the site, with a 19,154-square-foot cultural events center and a 21,710-square-foot European-style marketplace featuring food and retail vendors. On March 1, 2023, the developer was granted a lease agreement for the property by the Fort Lauderdale City Commission.
