Location- Omni Middle School, Location: 5775 Jog Rd., Boca Raton, FL 33496 (Main Entrance). You must get the bid documents from All-Site Construction Inc. to be considered for this bid. Interested subcontractors should contact Felicia Saffold by e-mail at Felicia@AllSiteInc.Net or call 561-848-1110 ext. 109 for access to bidding documents and additional information. Scope of work: Interior renovations of (4) Palm Beach County Schools which include but are not limited to selective demolition, interior finishes, roofing, aluminum canopy, decorative louvers, and access controls. Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposals which is in its best interest. Owner and / or Construction Manager at Risk also reserve the right to waive any informalities and technicalities in procedure. All costs incurred by Proposer in preparing a Proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the Proposer. The site walk through has been cancelled until further notice
