This project was originally scheduled pre-bid meeting on 03/24/2020 at 10:30 AM CT Paper bids must include one (1) unbound original document and five (5) bound copies in a sealed, opaque envelope bearing the bidder's company name, address, bid title, City of University Park bid number, date, and time stated for the bid opening. Facsimile (FAX) or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Questions regarding this bid -mail to eanderson@uptexas.org . Questions will not be answered over the phone. The deadline for questions is March 30, 2020 at 5:00 PM A BID BOND worth five percent (5%) of the bid amount must be included with each submission. The Bid Opening will be conducted virtually via online. Bidders may view the opening via video or by telephone.Bidders are reminded that this is a "Best Value" bid and Cost is 30% of the total evaluation criteria for this contract. The pre-bid meeting has been canceled due to the Public Health Crisis.
