The City is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from experienced civil engineering firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide engineering services for the development of design schematics, environmental documents, and detailed design in support of the schematic work, public involvement, plans, specifications, and estimates for bicycle lanes and/or "shared use path" projects improvements. The work will include traffic signals, sidewalks, crosswalks, lighting, intersection improvements, drainage, roadway/trail, and associated design work.
