The deadline for questions is March 30, 2020 at 5:00 PM A BID BOND worth five percent (5%) of the bid amount must be included with each submission. The Bid Opening will be conducted virtually via online. Bidders may view the opening via video or by telephone.Bidders are reminded that this is a "Best Value" bid and Cost is 30% of the total evaluation criteria for this contract. The pre-bid meeting has been canceled due to the Public Health Crisis.
